You did a good job on making the clothes realistic. I'm bad at clothes. Her vest fits more naturally than I seem to be able to draw it.
I think they eyes are a little large. I understand the "Big Eyes, Small Mouth" style, but they seem to stick off the side of the head a bit much. I could be misinterperting the eyelashes. I think you may have focused on the upper eyelids too much. It makes it look like she's wearing eyeshadow. The pants seem a little tight. The pose you have her in should show her left ear, but I'm guilty of doing that too.
But there are some areas you did really really good on. The foreshortening of the closer shoe is excellent, and you did a great job with the way the back shoe was bent. You drew the tucked in shirt well.
A few comments in relation to Prue's design, though. She doesn't tend to tuck her shirt in and her pants aren't jeans (if I gave that impression, I apologize). Her bangs tend to be fuller, as well.
Thanks for the advice on the clothing. I may draw another one more closely following your design brief.

You think Chao's giving YOU troubles? SHe totally yanked down the pants of a male character in a crossover RPG I'm in. XD
If I had to say anything its that she's a touch too chubby, but that might be your style. :3 Great job on the foot foreshortening, tough.
